The plating technologies that we have developed make it possible to form metallic film on the surface of glass and resin tubes (outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and both surfaces).
We have developed tube heaters as products that make excellent use of the features of these technologies. The greatest merit is that "heating efficiency is high," and direct formation of metallic wiring serving as a heat source on tube surfaces by plating realizes higher heating efficiency compared with conventional nichrome wire and silicone rubber heater windings.
By using base materials high in chemical resistance and heat resistance, such as glass, silicone resin, and fluorine resin, it is possible to heat various liquids and gases, and we look to realize diverse fields of application including foods, medical supplies, and semiconductors.
